Our corporation owns several technologies for industry-scale surface plating using a wide range of metals and compounds.
A ) Vacuum appliance for plating with Ti, Zr and other high-melting-point metals and their compounds –our own technology development and innovation with mastering the plating process brings maximum customer satisfaction. The plating development is carried out based on customer's preferences:
- The apparatus vacuum chamber size – diameter 1.5 m, length 2 m
- metal-plating of glass, ceramics, enamel, plastics, also in combination with lacquering
- process pressures 10-5 mbar
- plating/coating in N2, O2, Ar, Acetylene atmosphere
B) High-capacity appliance Leybold 1900H –vacuum evaporation of metals (Al, Cu, Ag...) combined with surface activation and final protective layer in one process.
- Surface activation with plasma generated by electromagnetic field with 2,45 GHz frequency
- Organosilicon layer to protect the metal-plated surface – plasmapolymerization HMDSO
- Chamber size – diameter 1,9 m, length 2 m
- Process vacuum 10-5 mbar
- Cycle length 20-40 min
- 11 rotating agents with D=360 mm a L=1500 mm
- Metal-plating of glass, plastics with or without lacquering
C) The plastics infusion is supplied by subcontractor IRISA v.d., Vsetín - automotive industry supplier with long tradition –ISO 14001 a ISO TS 16949 certificates
